RETURNS Policy:

Returns accepted within 7 Days of purchase date but you must notify Magic Bore by email within 7 working days of the purchase date of your request. Kits or consumables must be in an unused condition to qualify for refund or exchange. You are responsible for both the return postage costs, the postage costs of the original order and any postage costs of replacement or exchange items being sent back to you:

MISSING, LOST or DAMAGED items:

You must notify magicbore@outlook.com with 28 days of the date of your order of any missing or damaged items.

For lost parcels you must notify magicbore@outlook.com within 14 days of the date of your order of non receipt.

GUARANTEE Period:

6 Months on all parts with the exception of fair wear and tear and misuse or incorrect use. 

Guarantee is void if non Magic Bore parts or components are used with any Magic Bore kit or consumable.

DISCLAIMER

Limitation of Liability

Magic Bore® is not seeking to exclude or restrict liability for death or personal injury arising out of Magic Bore's negligence, fraud or any other liability which Magic Bore® is not permitted to exclude or limit as a matter of law.

Magic Bore® shall not be liable for any losses arising from the customer's subsequent use or misuse of the kit including without limitation: 

(a) fair wear and tear; 

(b) wilful damage; 

(c) the customer's negligence or omission, for that of its agents or employees, or any failure to follow Magic Bore's instructions as to use, maintenance and safe handling of the kits; 

(d) abnormal working conditions beyond those referred to in the kit's description and 

(e) any alteration or repair of the kit by any manufacturing process or otherwise, save for any latent defect which means that the kit did not comply with the Specification. 

(f) usage (actual or attempted) of the any other parts of the kit, which are not supplied by Magic Bore® 

This does not affect the statutory rights of any consumer.
